This app is a case study!!! Perfection is very close, thanks!!!
Good app that allows to view up-dates on housing market in selected locations in the US very quickly and easily.
On the refine option, sorting the saved properties by number of stars is missing.
Rental search tool could/should be more efficient & accurate, but may depend on how well the forms are filled in by real estate agent.
Easy to use with good search options and sorting options.

My wife and I are from Brazil and we are going to move to the US within the next two months, realtor is being our best budy so far, great to know all the houses, neighbourhoods, prices and not only that but also to understand the taxes, fees and whole process to buy a house... I feel myself much more aware of what Im about to face, thanks to Realtor, I really recomend it to
every one!!
Some bad moments
"Could not get search results, temporarily unavailable..." Get this message over and over, completely useless app, dont waste your time
Dont bother downloading if you are looking for Canadian content.
This app is absolutely the worst! Property search results are inconsistent. If you look for properties for sale you get sold properties. With the same search criteria, different properties come up at different times.
If youre considering downloading, dont waste your time, youll hate it!
Surely this can be improved. The app developers should be ashamed of this totally inferior app.

Only US properties and even then very sparse results. Brutal app
I deleted this app some time ago because the way it is designed made it virtually unusable. Just loaded it again and found it even worse. Realtor.ca continues to hire incompetent people to design and update their app. Completely useless !!
