Use with Zillow and trulia

This is the premier app to get up to date MLS listings however I have found not all listings are shown when scouting unless you scroll all the way in. Realtor also does not provide all sales history data or exact property line data. For this I use Zillow in conjunction with realtor. Trulia in addition shares other data point regarding sales trends and historical data. This apps strengths are apparent with quick data return and population and they have the most recent changes to listings where Zillow often has outdated sales info which can be as much as a couple months old. Keeping these things in mind to get a real sense of the data- use all three tools and then consider using the local appraiser office websites in addition to get all your data on the house. The app developers did an admirable job with this app when searching by map however other search criteria searches are much less useful.
