This app is horrible, the info is outdated. They will list a property as new and you scroll down and its contingent. Then if you the filter to hide pending it does not work.

Relator has a lot of good listings but Zillow is much easier to navigate!

Realtor.com is getting even better than MLS nowadays. I do use in conjunction with Trulia and Im pretty sure I have every listing in my area. My only complaint with the app is the ability to filter by selecting amenities. For example, while searching for a condo, you cant search for a washer/dryer in the unit. Just laundry on site. But despite that, its still the best.

Easy to use and find homes

I absolutely love this app, it gives you so much information, I only wish they would email you when when new properties that meet your search criteria comes on the market. That would make them more awesome :)

Sadly, this site does not automatically updated Open House info. Needs to be manually updated. Should pull from the MLS automatically like Trulia and Zillow.

Have been using this as my primary app along with Zillow

Love it! The only complaint I have is when you have a listing saved, and it sells, it disappears and you dont know which one sold.

Info not accurate... Needs a complete UI makeover... Start from scratch

This is a great app to seek out properties and destroy the competition in buying or selling. I used it on several occasions to help myself and friends find their next home or condo.
