Helpful app to find a home

I wish it were more user friendly as I will enter my price ranges, along with everything that Im looking for and it will suddenly take me to all of these $300K homes all on a whim that are completely out of my price range. I also wish that there were a place to where you could mark the homes off as you go look at them and/or add the things that you like or dont like about the home as you are looking at the house. That would be very awesome especially for someone who looks at so many of them as I do. Another thing is... Whenever a home is pending, and I choose the option NOT to show me the pending homes, it still shows me the homes that are pending. If a home is sold. Please take it off of your website, put a hot pink (or any other brighter color) stating that the home is actually sold. I look at some of the sold homes and then I will suddenly see a small and camouflaged "Sold" in the top left hand corner in small gray lettering. My biggest complaint would be adding the pending, sold, homes that are way out of my price range and everything that I do not want to see right as I feel that I have found my perfect list of homes to stick with. Suddenly I will go back and at times it with put me into a whole different listing of homes again that dont meet my criteria. I then can no longer find the list that I was previously looking at (My list(s) of homes). I hate to say this... However, I wish it were more like Zillow. I like your website and it is certainly a lot more up to date than Zillow is. I just feel that the features could be a lot better on here. If you were to fix a few things, you would have an awesome website. Seriously... you really would. Thanks so much for asking what I think about your website. I am just being completely honest is all. I am not trying to belittle anyone. I am sure that you work hard. I just do not mince my words. Other than that, I just do certain things the old fashioned way since your app does not have a few of the features that I find important. If you do have some of these features and it is the user (myself) who is doing this incorrectly, please DO let me know. I would be more than glad to learn how to use this and be able to get everything out of it that I can. It is by far the most accurate app that Ive used as far as home statuses being updated. Thats my favorite part of it. Again, I could have definitely overlooked some, if not all, of the features that I am unable to locate on your website that I am adding to my review of your website. If so, please let me know. Im on here quite often and have been for around a year and cannot find the features mentioned. I also do have the issues that I had mentioned on this site as well. This app has been invaluable to us. We lived in the same house for 20 years. We love where we lived. However, my husband got a great new job in the last three years weve had to move twice. Even though this is great because hes got a great job ... moving between 3 states is very difficult and would have been impossible if not for modern technology of the internet from home buying apps to having the ability to getting prequalified online to signing mortgage papers online. Hopefully, this will be the last move for a while.

Great app to locate houses in your desired price range, must haves and communities while working. Inventory kept up to date and I found the information to be complete.

Definitely like the ability to do county wide searches and not just city limits. Also the efficiency of updated information on price changes and pending sales is great.

Love this app. I use it almost every day looking for real estate.

I love the new app updates! Everything seams pretty streamline. However, at one point in the older versions you could search for homes within specific school boundaries, and I really miss that here. Other than that, I like it!

This app is definitely ideal for the first time home buyer, a lot of nuggets of info , definitely a must for owner/investors.

Listed our house on Realtor.com and found our new home on Realtor.com. This app is reliable, readable, and easy to use.

Old app: Easily and intuitively search for current "for sale" as well as "sold". New app: Not so much. When searching in a city, many homes just dont show up if you simply zoom in or out on map. Sold properties are only available for view if you zoom down and search block by block on a street. Useless. Used to be great.

Wish there were more filter options like HOA, MELLO ROOS, etc.
