It appears options from the "old" version have been deleted (or hidden?) Just not liking this version right now!!! What happened to the room sizes? Why did the listing status get moved? Its almost hidden now instead of being on the front page. This app used to be my favorite reality app, now it might get deleted for another. What gives????

Must buy for home owners and buyers

My wife and I loved this app until the update. The map 3D isnt helpful since you cant see the yard and property. The photos often do not load or say no images...yet we can scroll through them in the tiny format. I have the app for my iPad and iPhone and have now started using Redfin again as a result of the poorly vetted upgrade.

Very helpful! This has more timely information than other real estate apps, which is great for buyers that need to act quickly.

I have no idea what happened, but this app is no where as great as it used to be. Despite putting in, single family home, 4 bedrooms and over 2000 sq ft, I am still getting multiple hits for small 1-3 bedroom apartments, and I mean multiple, if I wanted an apartment I would be specifically on an apartment app. Second, we used to be able look up / sort/ filter places by school district. But I can longer seem to find a way to do that using my phone. Such a disappointment. I really liked it at first because it is one of the few apps that usually gives us information on room sizes which extremely important. No point in looking at a 2000 + sq ft house when the extra bedrooms are all 10X10 and you know your furniture wont fit. So it has saved us valuable time. But, I really miss some of the old features like lot size, extra pics, etc. overall, no longer our go to app. Went back to Zillow. Also, it doesnt always catch if it has a pool or community pool. Sometimes even it has a pool it wont show up in the search & if it doesnt have a pool because a realtor used the words pool table it will.

Awful on iPad since the update! Wont even let me see my saved properties, just stays in the search. Zillow app looking better and better each time I try to use this updated app. You should allow people to go back to previous version.

This is the best app for house hunting (buying or renting). Im very pleased.

Pictures are in better quality. Has been a more reliable app for me.

I used to use this app daily. It was so user friendly and seemed to operate on logic and sense. I recommended it to loads of people and I loved it. Now its nothing but frustration and I cant even use it. One of the now-missing features is sorting results by distance, which was one of the most useful attributes of the app. Why would that go away? Using something else now, the frustration isnt worth it.

Hangs too often but quite accurate. Before you could make an offer the listing is already pending.

Updating the app is a terrible mistake! I used this app on a daily basis to research new listings in my area. Last night, I was able to generate a list of Open Houses within my desired radius. I made the mistake of updating my app this morning, and was extremely disappointed to find that many of the features I used and appreciated were no longer available to me. It is now a big pain in the butt to find the open houses. A lot of other helpful information and tools are now missing or impossible to find, such as looking at the comparable homes in the area that recently sold. I really appreciated the transparency, how user friendly the app used to be, and how much detailed information you could access. Im very disappointed and wish there was a way to undo this update on my phone.

Latest version doesnt retrieve search results that align with filter. Especially searches saved in my profile. Retrieves lots of properties nothing like my filters. Useful for mapping to properties I save on my laptop while using the web version.

This app went from number one on my phone to deleted. The five star rating must be coming from the designers.

A good app for the most part, but it doesnt seem to recognize some of my preferences like double car garage and single story. I dont want to have to filter through homes like these that I wont consider purchasing.

This app used to be incredible. Unfortunately, the developers decided removing features would be a good idea, and this app is not nearly as useful as it was previously.
