Easiest map view of all.

This is probably the best real estate app available. I have tried others and they are not as easy to use. I like that I can save searches, save properties I am looking at, and can look at the property from the satellite view, as long as the address is listed. Some rare occasions it is not. The only problems I have are I cannot separate condos from town homes in my searches and sometimes when I list a minimum of two bathrooms, it includes one and a half. Those are the only things I do not like about the site. But to me these are minor. I am able to get around it by paying attention to the details. Overall a good app with my recommendation.

When you select single story you still see homes with stairs: basements, upper bonus rooms, etc. It would be great if you could sort the search results by lot size, from largest to smallest.

I love that I can see a house and quickly pull it up to see details and others nearby.

The other apps dont stay updated on the status of the houses. Really good app.

I am disappointed in the search capabilities and search results with this app. Take some guidance from the Zillow app which is far more user friendly.

Best app for anyone looking for a home.

Ive been using this for months. First, watching the market in my area before putting my house up for sale. Second, looking at houses in different places across the country. It is up to date, lots of info for an app, and includes the photos and mapping. It is very useful.

This app was great at first, but if you press any of the filters to get to a special type of home or near a specific school it doesnt do anything! I am very disappointed, if you just want to see houses near you or roughly in an area you want to move it totally works. It just doesnt meet my personal needs for moving. Its very confusing. Overall I suggest this app, but I think there can be huge updates to make this a 5 star app!

Easy way to find the perfect home

This app is really easy to use. The searches are great and I like that you can really refine them. My only complaint is that is doesnt always update (on my saved searches) when a home has been sold. That doesnt stop me from using this, though. Overall, its a valuable tool to have when looking for properties.

This is the premier app to get up to date MLS listings however I have found not all listings are shown when scouting unless you scroll all the way in. Realtor also does not provide all sales history data or exact property line data. For this I use Zillow in conjunction with realtor. Trulia in addition shares other data point regarding sales trends and historical data. This apps strengths are apparent with quick data return and population and they have the most recent changes to listings where Zillow often has outdated sales info which can be as much as a couple months old. Keeping these things in mind to get a real sense of the data- use all three tools and then consider using the local appraiser office websites in addition to get all your data on the house. The app developers did an admirable job with this app when searching by map however other search criteria searches are much less useful.

I love this app as a user searching for a home. But as a seller trying to sell my house it is not as user-friendly. It doesnt allow me to see how many people are reviewing it or saving it. And it doesnt allow me to add pictures like Zillow does. But when searching for homes its the best.

This is the best of all of the real estate apps. It is the only one that always gives HOA fees for condos and townhouses. The only thing that is annoying, and it is REALLY annoying, is that when one of the listings you have saved is sold it doesnt tell you which one it was. The more you have saved, the harder it is to remember which one it was. Alternately, when some units are sold, you cant delete them from your saved list. If this flaw is fixed this app would be PERFECT!!!
