This app is Great!!!! In my profession preparation is everything. This app help us with our search even before we left our house. Helping narrow down our search it saved us time and gave us a good overview of what to expect before we even walked in the door.

Not of any use to anyone looking for Canadian real estate.

Dont bother downloading if you are looking for Canadian content.

It is amazing, very helpful, but some features doesnt function properly like drawing the borders on the map to locate our desired area!

This app is absolutely the worst! Property search results are inconsistent. If you look for properties for sale you get sold properties. With the same search criteria, different properties come up at different times. If youre considering downloading, dont waste your time, youll hate it! Surely this can be improved. The app developers should be ashamed of this totally inferior app. Try again!

Only US properties and even then very sparse results. Brutal app

I deleted this app some time ago because the way it is designed made it virtually unusable. Just loaded it again and found it even worse. Realtor.ca continues to hire incompetent people to design and update their app. Completely useless !!
